Rates, except for the Golden Loyalty Awards evening only option, entitle participants to access the full conference programme, including the Golden Loyalty Awards gala dinner. Places for social activities are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registrations for the Golden Loyalty Awards evening only for delegates from airlines/program operators/partners are exclusively available to companies having registered at least one delegate for the entire event.
DEFINITION OF CATEGORIES
Airlines/Loyalty Program Operators/Partners
Operators of a loyalty program issuing their own reward/recognition currency or partners purchasing points from such companies in order to reward their own customers. Please note that any redemption platforms, etc. only engaged in B2B relationships do not qualify for the airline/partner rate.
In case of doubt, the final right of classification between the two delegate categories remains with the Organisers.
Delegates having attended Loyalty 2022 in Madrid receive a discount of 10% for their registration.
Global Flight customers
Airlines/partners having worked with Global Flight on a consulting basis since 01 October 2022 are entitled to a 50% discount. This bonus applies to all companies either having been invoiced or having signed a project contract during that period.
Group discounts for Airlines/Loyalty Program Operators/Partners
One complimentary seat per two (2) paid delegates from the same company (to be used by a colleague from the same company). We will contact you offline to complete the registration of the additional colleague.
Free passes for our most engaged sponsors
Our event sponsors benefit of one complimentary pass for each 10,000 EUR spent on the various sponsorship options. Contact us for more details.

The costs of the gala dinner for your spouse is 89 EUR.
Payment is charged in EUR and includes access to the 10 October 2023 evening: cocktail, gala dinner and Golden Loyalty Awards ceremony at the Fairmont Rio de Janeiro Copacabana.
Places are limited. Kindly note that this option is not available to spouses working in the loyalty industry.
Only one spouse place per delegate available.
You can book the gala dinner for your spouse directly through your private account.
Our rates at the the Fairmont Rio de Janeiro Copacabana are eligible to earn points in the loyalty program of Accor, ALL, according to the standard program conditions. In addition, the first 60 individual confirmed stays - inlcuding the conference dates - are eligible for an additional credit of 5,000 points (valued at 100 EUR if redeemed at Accor properties), courtesy by the conference organiser.
The 5,000 bonus points will be credited to the personal account of the delegate who will have to provide the membership number in their profile information during the registration/booking process over the Loyalty & Awards website. If you already have a profile, make sure that your ALL number is well on our file. Otherwise you may add the info in your account details.
Points will be credited within 14 days after the event.
General ALL - Accor Live Limitless terms and conditions apply to the offer and you must be a member of ALL - Accor Live Limitless to benefit from it.
To be eligible for this offer, stays must be booked directly via Accor (via the official Accor websites, the Accor All mobile apps, the ALL call center, directly at a hotel) or through a traditional travel agency whose booking system is automatically connected to the Accor booking office. Stays booked via a reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agent (such as expedia.com, booking.com etc.) will not be eligible for this offer.
