Pricing highlights in 2021

If cancellations occur due to government-imposed travel restrictions in the country of origin of the delegate or in the UAE (and in that case only), we offer a 100% refund for all delegates having booked their seat prior to or on 15 July 2021. Such requests will only be accepted between 20 September and 04 October 2021.
Registered delegates cancelling their registration for whatever reason will receive a 75% refund for cancellations prior to 01 September 2021.

Gala dinner only for Airlines/Program Operators: 199 EUR
Gala dinner only for spouses (upon request only): 119 EUR
A 10% tax is included in the price of ticket sales and will be paid to Dubai Tourism by the conference organiser.
Rates, except for the gala dinner only option, entitle participants access to the full conference programme, including the Awards gala dinner. Places for social activities are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registrations for the gala dinner only are only available to airlines/program operators having nominated for the Awards.
DEFINITION OF CATEGORIES
Airlines/Loyalty Program Operators/Partners
Operators of a loyalty program issuing their own reward/recognition currency or partners purchasing points from such companies in order to reward their own customers. Please note that any redemption platforms, etc. only engaged in B2B relationships do not qualify for the airline/partner rate.
In case of doubt, the final right of classification between the two delegate categories remains with the Organisers.
Delegates having attended Loyalty 2020 in Vancouver receive a discount of 10% (bonus applicable to individuals, not companies).
Global Flight customers
Airlines/partners having worked with Global Flight on a consulting basis since 01 January 2020 are entitled to a 50% discount. This bonus applies to all companies either having been invoiced or having signed a project contract, during that period.
Group discounts for Airlines/Loyalty Program Operators/Partners
One complimentary seat per two (2) paid delegates from the same company (to be used by a colleague from the same company). We will contact you offline to complete the registration of the additional colleague. This offer is not applicable to registrations for the gala dinner only.
Discounts apply on the applicable fee at the time of booking.

We understand that sometimes plans change, especially in our current environment. After a year of cancelled conferences, endless Zoom meetings, and online events, we know how tired our industry is meeting each other behind our screens. That's why we have committed to a 100% live in-person conference and award gala for Loyalty & Awards 2021.
As stewards of the travel industry, we believe in being as flexible as possible during irregular ops. With that in mind, we have adjusted our Terms and Conditions to allow us to run a successful event and giving you security if future restrictions force a cancellation. Register now!

The costs of the gala dinner for your spouse is 119 EUR.
Payment is charged in EUR and includes access to the 12 October 2021 evening: gala dinner and Loyalty Awards ceremony at the outdoors venue Raffles Garden (weather permitting).
Places are limited and will be granted upon request only.
Only one spouse place per delegate available.
You can book the gala dinner for your spouse directly through your private account.
Delegates registering for the conference are entitled to an optional credit of 2,000 points in the loyalty program of Accor, ALL for any confirmed stay
in the Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk or in The Raffles Dubai Hotel within the conference dates.
Points will be credited to the personal account of the delegate who will have to provide the membership number during the registration/booking process.
2,000 points have a cash value of 40 EUR when redeemed with Accor.
Points will be credited within 14 days after the event.

To be eligible for this offer, stays must be booked directly via Accor (via the official Accor websites, the Accor All mobile apps, the ALL call centre, directly at a hotel) or through a traditional travel agency whose booking system is automatically connected to the Accor booking office. Stays booked via a reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agent (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.) will not be eligible for this offer.
